Five Pants Suits for Professional Women Under $100

Fast Fashion for the Win!

Summer is already here in Houston because it is hot! But despite the temperature as a career woman and side hustler entrepreneur, it’s important for me to look professional in all seasons. Spring and summer can be a challenge because its either pouring rain or blazing heat. Either way, I confidently exude “executive presence” in a boldly colored, power suit.

When starting out in your career, maintaining your status as a “BOSS” or just looking like you mean business; it’s important that your style speaks to your professionalism. If you want to be taken seriously, you need to look the part. Pants suits can be pricey with jackets starting at $200 and the accompanying pants starting $100 but it doesn’t have to be.

Here are Five Pants Suits for Professional Women Under $100

I love these looks because each suit can be worn together or as separates. They also look great with either heels, flats or sneakers. Even better, they’re all under $100 for the set.

I love this set because its light weight and fitted and gives off a tailored look. The material is wrinkle-free and machine washable. It also comes in pink and black. It makes for a really sleek athleisure look for when you want to professional and fun.

My sister was being cultured and traveled to Amsterdam. During her travel’s she brought me back a lovely mint green linen suit from Primark, a highly coveted store in the UK. They have a few locations on the east coast and you can shop for select pieces online.

Nordstrom Rack Max Studio Linen Blend Suit $29 pants & $36 jacket

In the sweltering heat, linen is a girl’s best friend. I love this seersucker suit because its flowy, breathable and effortless. The pants have a paper bag waist that you can tie for a more feminism silhouette. The jacket has cinched sleeves and can be worn as a separate with a dress or it can class up jean shorts and a t-shirt.

J.C. Penny Worthington Suit Separates $30 blazer & $25 pants

f you are a professional woman on the hunt for affordable attire with an almost luxury look then J.C. Penny is the place for you. Sadly, my mother has been trying to get me to consider this store for years and I just wouldn’t listen. This suit is perfect for the spring. The material is a little heavier than linen but it’s still a good buy for summer in another color like coral. PLUS there is always a $10 off coupon.

Orange Pant Suit Ali Express currently $28

I saw this suit on Pinterest and wanted to try it. It comes in three colors: orange, hot pink and black. I like it because the material is extremely light and doesn’t wrinkle easily. The pants are wide leg and high waist with an invisible zipper on the side. I feel like the could be an inch longer for the purpose of wedges or espadrille sandals. I’m also wearing an XL (and am a US 6).  It took about two months to receive it once I placed my order.  Other than that, I think it’s a win. I may order the pink.
